Agent Referrals
Agents can now refer any fellow professionals to California Flats LLC, yet never fear of loosing your customers to rentals. Many Owners are simply not ready to sell and need time. We can assist them in the rental process and when selling time evolves, we’ll supply the Owner with your information and give you first rights for any sales transaction. The profit is 100% yours and we’ll even create a contract to show a good faith bond. We’ll also toss-in $250 for each newly signed contract you supply.

Pier Referrals
If your an independent Owner or an Investor and wish to refer us to a collogue, we’ll be happy to give you a 10% referral fee. This will be based upon the first Month’s rental with any contract signed with our Management. This is how we can display our generosity for keeping “word of mouth” one of the best resources around.

First Responders
Any local first responders or military serviceman can achieve an additional 10% off the normal Monthly contracted agreement between the Property Management and Owners. This is not limited to only current employees. Just show use your past or retired paperwork and that’s all you have to do!
